Mommy wants UGA, Solomon probably wants Bama. UGA loading up on DL in 2016 probably hurts but Kirby is nonstop.

Alabama needs DT's. We have Payne and Frazier back next year with Hand and Buggs at DE but outside those 4, we need big bodies. Solomon would play as a freshman for sure.

That was also three months ago. In recruiting time, that might as well have been a year ago.

Apparently Solomon wants to hear from AU's staff more but we can't seem to get ahold of him something other programs are having trouble with as well. So AU spends more time talking with his mom than him

Wut?

I had some info that said he was really high on Auburn at one point (heard this when Auburn got really hot mid-season) , but that apparently cooled off. Guess he is very impressionable.

insiders on message boards are becoming hilariously bad.

Them being right about Wilson was like a blind squirrel finding an acorn. I think Solomon is Bama bound.

The sooner he commits to Bama, the sooner the Dodge arrives.

The biggest smoke blowers in the game. They throw out nonsense to gain subscriptions every year around signing day.

I agree. Rivals last year let me down bigtime. Wrong on Mack Wilson, Derrick brown, and eventually Demetrius Roberson. I think we have a shot, but it will be a battle.

I agree. Saying we're getting Bryant, Collins, and Solomon seems absurd, but after landing Wilson I wouldn't be surprised.
Solomon is reminding me of DRob more and more by the day. Just glad there's not a big brother involved.

No brother involved is right, but there is a pregnant sister.

Ehh - I would still be surprised. That is our best case scenario to end this class.

Just to play a bit of devil's advocate..nothing is every 100% certain when your'e talking about recruiting 16/17/18 year old kids. For example, an "insider" poster on a message board may in fact have honest to gosh legit inside sources, and hear that a recruit is going to School A. Taht info could be 100% accurate and correct at the time he posts about it, then 24 hours later the kid changes his mind and now wants School B. Just because the poster ended up being "wrong", doesn't mean his info was bad or his sources suck. That's just how it goes.

I guess I say that to say..there are a couple guys on Rivals that legit do have some good connections that I very much value their opinion. They aren't right 100% of the time, often based on scenarios liek the above, but that doesnt' mean they aren't legit.

If we don't get Solomon, try and take Tedarrell Slayton, who is the No. 3 rated OG, but says he'd like to play DT and has formed a bond with the other UGA commits at the AA Bowl.

Don't forget Raekwon. He has played this year as a true freshman and is probably the biggest guy on the team

But yea we really do need defensive tackles. Kendall Jones failing to qualify hurt us last year. Quinnen Williams could bulk up and make the switch from DE in a pinch, he's probably pushing 280 as it is and Jon Allen singled him out as a guy to watch on the DL next year

The more I read his interviews it seems like he is the type to just say whatever he thinks they want to hear.
