Ohio State fans think Ryan Day is a better coach than Urban Meyer right now....

LSU got a good player here.
I think LSU uses their hybrid DE/LB more as a DE...instead of a LB.
Less Coverage and more hand in the dirt bull rushing the QB.

I was told, though, that Day is a more ruthless version of Urban Meyer. Plus he was probably a better recruiter. In addition Meyer made some questionable hires on assistants.

i am sure. no one but the lunatic fringe thinks day is better than meyer.
most of us believe day will be successful but you don't just upgrade from a HOF 3 time NC coach.
i would agree that meyer made some questionable assistant hires, however. zach smith says hello.

This will be a slightly down year for recruiting for OU due to number right now we only have 15-20 available scholarships. Hopefully a bunch of people leave early or transfer.
