I thought I read somewhere that Franks wanted to be the only quarterback LSU signed. Was that just made out to be more than it was? Because it looks like DH is going to Baton Rouge.

The only thing I recall seeing was that Patterson was rumored to have said that. But this was several months ago, pre-trolling, and I have no idea if it is accurate.

I dunno, he handled LSU's pursuit of Patterson pretty well. I think that statement was out of context or at least over-emphasized. I don't know much about Haskins but I personally just want Franks to stick with LSU regardless of anything else.

I would too, if I were y'all. A military kid is never a bad thing at QB. Haskins would be nice to have but if Franks lives up to the billing, y'all won't need him.

IMG is loaded with talent. I did a quick glance at 247 after Smith's comment about getting some of his teammates to come to LSU today, and I found 8 in the top 100 and three 5-stars.
