Georgia is usually always in the mix for top recruits out of SC, based off proximity alone so this isn't surprising.
I HIGHLY doubt Thomas ends up there though. If Thomas turns down both instate programs he's going somewhere like Ohio State.. but right now both programs are sitting pretty with Thomas, especially SC.

Pretty much this. I'm not saying its impossible and UGA should be in the conversation reputation and opportunity wise, but with the emphasis being put on him by two top level recruiting in state teams I just don't think its probable right now.

Yeah we'll show how UGA wanted him to play defense when he didn't want to, and then he transfers out of UGA to Jacksonville State, where one look at him and they say, "he needs the ball in his hands on offense".
Terry hurt his other knee apparently and so is hurt again, but the point is, going to UGA doesn't necessarily mean things will go your way...

He was asked to move because he was no longer the same explosive player and agreed to the switch. Richt was not one to force players to switch. And you are smart enough to know that just because he's good enough to play O at JSU does not mean he's was SEC level good after the injury.

UGA will show him cliips of AJ Green. UGA doesn't even need South Carolina recruits. If UGA gets the best in Georgia while South Caroliina fights Clemson over the best in SC then UGA will have the better talent easily.

It's a long way to NSD 2018, it's crazy to say UGA has zero shot with Thomas. The dawgs are firmly in the mix for Zamire White also, we probably have a better shot with the top RB prospect in the land.

I have a feeling White will come down to UGA and Clemson like Gurley, he was at the dome for the opener. I certainly think the Gamecocks and Tar Heels have a shot with Zamir but it's just a hunch, I personally think he's a better RB prospect than Najee Harris.
