The fact you think its down to just state and auburn when the one reason he's considering Auburn is McGriff, points to you being lost.

Also Louisville guys all but guaranteeing he lands there tomorrow...
Would be shocking, would be even more shocking if it sticks through signing day.

KN says he isn't picking because he is hearing so many different things from different people which mirrors what we have seen in this thread. Everyone a little gun shy after Monty Rice

So now I'm reading that if McGriff goes to OM, Avery to Louisville?
It bothers the shite out of me that we hired their stud safety coach away from them a year ago and now we might lose an in state safety recruit to them. Even though he probably ends up playing OLB.
EDIT: And this is twice, those shits beat us out for Lamar Jackson too.

I tried to warn yall that Louisville was a real player in this. Apparently he had a great time on his official visit there. I am still not convinced he won't end up at wherever McGriff lands but we will see. As of now though I think he is gonna pick the Cardinals tomorrow

How would that make me lost, I never said anything to the contrary..

Wrong!! All Dawg
I was wrong. Avery NOT a Dawg. With Brian Cole just committing Avery will be at Auburn or Louisville. Hate to lose in-state guys like this.

Tonight it looks like we are getting the JUCO Safety targets we are after, Auburn supposedly pulled his offer, sounds like Louisville is the last man standing rather than first choice.

Sounds like it became Louisville when he didn't have other options, so I'm not sure what you mean by for some time. Didn't think there was any chance we landed both juco targets, about to have a crazy signing day tomorrow.

And I'm saying it's clear y'all don't know anything as just a few pages ago y'all were acting like him landing at Louisville wasnt even a possibility. Now all of a sudden it's because you got a JUCO and AU supposedly pulled scholarship. It's just funny to me

We didn't get a JUCO, we are getting THREE immediate-impact elite JUCO DB's. We literally can't take another. I don't know about AU, maybe you didn't but that's what I was told. I know this kid wasn't seriously considering Louisville until about a day or two ago.
In case you haven't looked at the CB recently, it's painted maroon.

Contrary to what Avery was saying. Contrary to what Auburn insiders were saying. Contrary to what Louisville insiders were saying.

Avery stated a top 4 and nothing else, but ok. People at Grenada have been saying it was MSU and AU for weeks. Both filled their needs and suddenly it's Louisville.

On Monday, Avery said the Tigers and Cardinals stood out. But a day later, he said the Bulldogs and Rebels were right there.

That link is from last week too

Probably because they've already been told it's Louisville. You think it's a coincidence they filled their needs a day before he announces?
Btw I haven't seen anything saying we pulled our offer or that we got any commits at his position. Our insiders just aren't as confident as they were anymore.

Ironically we ended up getting back into the picture with two guys we didn't think we could get. Not have starting experience for big time programs. Not that it really matters because CJ isn't a safety.

Our needs were filled by better targets. There really isn't room for him right now which is unfortunate.
He would be our slowest LB. Great athlete but definitely a project, seems like a high character kid though and I wish we were getting him for that reason.
