He didn’t commit to VOLS because Rocker is old and way too lazy to kroot, especially going head to head against Rotnei. Not that complicated

Anyone who thinks a lot of these decisions aren’t strictly cash based is living in fantasy land or has never met anyone involved in modern day college football.
No idea about this Hardy kids recruitment but VOLS have several players on the payroll as does AU based on what Tennessee allegedly offered Pappoe.
Another very common occurrence is kids getting pretty big pay days to come back to school rather than declare.

Marlon Davidson and Derrick Brown made millions by coming back. Brown is for sure going in the top 10 and Davidson in the 1st round. That wasn't happening for either last year.

Tennessee allegedly paid Darrell Taylor to return this season and he would have been a 3rd day pick.

Kamara lived in the most expensive penthouse on Gay Street his last year lol.
Same place Drew Richmond lived after he moved off campus.
Those two must have really invested those cost of attendance checks well early in their careers!

Yeah we definitely want him to sign, but he has said a bunch that he was going to sign in Feb. If it goes past this week it will be a battle for sure
