All I know is that our 247 staff had the commitment story to Arkansas written for a long while and every time he was supposed to officially announce it he never did, then pulled a complete 180.

The Arkansas part of this was over after the initial recruitment.
There was no path to Fayettville after that… though he made it clear he wanted one after he got paid in College Station.
