Yep, Cody Brown was the RB that was expected to commit today.

I will take another Hutchinson RB, Kamara turned out to be ok.

Tell us about it. Kid from SC that we placed at the same JUCO as Kinlaw and just last week he communicated with our coaches that we were solidly his leader.

I'm shocked at this one.

Boom is a dead man walking and you jettisoned BMac to Eugene, guess it’s not that surprising

Yup, thought this dude was a Cock so I'm surprised by this commitment. Wonder if this hurts UT's chances with Cody Brown. Either way, UT is on a hot steak atm

VOLS were always taking multiple backs this cycle with Chandler and Jordan being seniors. Not sure it impacts Cody Brown one way or another but we shall see

Our krootin dorks are suggesting that we’re taking 3 RBs this class with Cody Brown and Jaylen Wright being the other two.

None of us will ever regret this. He was in way over his head as OC and when he was demoted he acted like a kid that had his favorite toy taken from him even tho he was still making over a mill a yr as an assistant. His recruiting had faltered as well. He was going for the easy gets instead of the ones that required more finessing.

Coronavirus likely bought Muschamp 2 more yrs instead of just one. fricking China, man.

Fwiw our krootin dorks are saying Evans has had a commitment graphic ready for a while, and that the kid was never tied to SC and that the predictions for him were way off.

Should’ve just come to VOLS as a goon wrangling position coach two years ago imo.

IIRC didn’t Muschamp give him the OC title to just keep him from coming to Tennessee?

I believe it. The article I read on 247 from the Vols sounded like it had been pretty much written and just waiting on the official nod before releasing it.

It also had some stuff Evans apparently said about SC and I'm sure other recruits will be interested to read what he had to say. We have GOT to get rid of Muschamp and Tanner.

It is essentially the same problem we had with Lyle. Everyone under the sun knew he was getting canned after 2016 but we ended up waiting too long and completely torpedoed two recruiting classes in the process. Big reason why we had 2 draft picks in 2 years, our 2016 and 2017 classes are probably the two worst we’ve ever had.
