Nice pickup, starting strong for 2020. I figured you would jump in the recruiting sucks for 2019 boat eventually. Hopefully better times are ahead.

I'll be upset when LOIs are signed. I'm not going to fret before the season has even started. There's a lot of ground to make up, and a lot of things we need to do but I think the way the season breaks down can give us the much needed momentum.

We need to stay healthy then we are razor thin in the secondary and defensive tackle. If we stay healthy there 8-9 wins is possible.

I am not sold on Mullen as a recruiter but usually he gets the big fish at the very end. Maybe things change once the season kicks off

I hope your right, but history seems to suggest W/L record has little influence on recruiting in year 1. You can either sell your vision for the program or you can’t. Mullen doesn’t seem to be very good at it.

That much we can agree on. I was told to expect good news this week, but I'm not getting my hopes up anymore. Just going to wait for NSD.

I have no doubt Mullen will get the most out of his kids and put a good product on the field. Its what he is good at
But to compete for SEC titles and national titles that talent level will need to be better no doubt. I do think he needs different assistants that can help in the recruiting department. Some of the assistants are complete baggage
If Mullen can recruit top 15-10 classes he has a chance to do great things at Florida but if the recruiting is going to continue like it was at MSU, it won't last unfortunately. Florida did not hire Mullen for more of the same, they are serious about winning

This is part of it, if Mullen came after Meyer or Muschamp he would be given an arse load more rope. We are just so sick of bad football after Champ and Mac we are taking it out on Mullen for not being up to snuff yet. It is what it is Mullen knew what he was getting into if he can somehow salvage a top 15 class and win 8 games we’ll be okay. Both of those marks look optimistic right now though. Just have to try to stay patient and hope for the best. If CDM fixes QB right away he’ll buy himself a ton of time, but knowing Franks is our best shot at that doesn’t give me the warm and fuzzies.
