just how little you know about this situation

quote:

Georgia had a chance to keep Arden Key close to his Atlanta home, but in the end it was Key’s relationship with South Carolina assistant coach Lorenzo Ward and his love for the Gamecocks’ program that led him to come back.

quote:

See Key, a four-star defensive end rated the No. 123 overall prospect in America, stepped back from his commitment to the Gamecocks last September. At that time, the 6-foot-5, 200-pound D-lineman was coming off of a visit to Georgia and the college interest had ramped up since his June 2013 commitment to the Gamecocks.

I'm not sure what the point of this point is.

I'm torn, b/c I don't really see Key in a 3-4 as an OLB or DE but I also really love how defensive the UGA posters on this site get when a top GA recruit heads out of state (all while struggling to maintain that they aren't defensive, dammit, just look how calm and rational we're all being in this thread every time we post, which is unusually often).

Meh, USCe fans act the same way when one of their top prospects leave the state. We just happen to have a ton more prospects to battle for.

Perception has always been > reality

It's a gift, really.
