Why would Hog fans be upset? With or without DGB this will be Petrino's best class and we already know what he can do with lesser talent.
Arkansas will be contending for the SEC Championship (and by default the National Championship) in the foreseeable future while Missouri, with or without DGB, will be fighting Vandy and Kentucky to stay out of the bottom of the SEC East.
I know it’s a sobering thought for Mizzou Fans but that’s just the way it is and will be.

Unlike Mizzou's class, one player doesn't make or break it for us.
Their 3 4-stars commit two weeks from NSD is on UK's or Vandy's level. We'll have 10+ easily.

Just looked it up, Pinkel has 0, yes zero top 25 classes since being at Missouri.

Yeah, Mizzou is in for a rude awakening next season. I wouldn't be surprised to see them go O-fer Vandy, UT, UGA, SC, and UF.

I'm entertained seeing them talk about recruiting GA and FL like they used to recruit TX.
I like their optimism, but it will be fun watching reality set in this fall.

What's funny? You will 100% lose to UGA and SC, Arkansas gets Bama and LSU at home (Bama with significant losses on D) and Petrino has beaten the Tigers just as many times as he has lost to them.

I'd put a lot on Carolina and UGA vs Mizzou straight up next year.
That's pretty much a lock.
I doubt they have much of a homefield advantage, either. From what I gather, playing at Faurot is about as intimidating as playing at Ole Miss.
