Can you point me to all the highschool kids getting contracts? Because I have only heard about this one really. So I'm not sure what you by they are all wording the contracts the same. Also not sure what makes you think they are 100% legal by default.
At any rate, this is the beginning and the guy who wrote the contract is an injury lawyer, aka ambulance chaser.

You serious clark? You can start your list by going to 247 and taking the top 15 players off TAMU’s, UGA’s and Bama’s most recent recruiting class.

Alabama outright outlawed highschool athletes getting NIL deals. As I said previously, the only state that has legalized it is California.
Basically you've just resorted back to the "everyone is doing it, so nothing is going to happen argument".

Have you ever seen me accuse Alabama of paying him or support anyone saying that they did? It's factually incorrect as is saying that LSU stole money from the hospital which is why I said I missed any school stealing from a hospital.

If you did, I wouldn't argue with it. That's just the way things are seen. Alabama paid the price for that, and LSU is paying the price for this.
Like it or not, what the boosters do matters and is considered and extension of the school. If it was just some LSU fan who did it and it had nothing to do with the school, and didn't benefit the school that would be one thing. But LSU getting in trouble for it shows the link.

LSU is in trouble because a player got paid illegally. John Paul Funes got in trouble for funneling money through the hospital. Again, LSU is not in trouble for stealing any money because LSU didn't steal anything.
