But if you are arguing that people can't move money around illegally, especially when the regulatory agency in this case doesn't have subpoena power, then lol at you sir. It may be more difficult now than it used to be, but seriously, think about what you just said.
STFU douche, its not a spelling/grammer contest.
It is very hard to move money around illegally without getting caught. I know because I work in the field. In the case with no subpoena power, wouldn't you think it would of been easier for NCAA to find that Cam did get paid with all the news articles and rumors flyin around?

But where did the discussion of Auburn and a NOI come into this? Are some saying the NCAA has put them on notice?

correct...this is where tidesatchel made a fool of himself yesterday. Recent history has shown that Auburn doesn't answer these type of questions.

multiple reporters have confirmed an ongoing an investigation.
Until the NCAA sends out its NOI, im not concerning myself with what reporters say.

And Jovon for some reason isn't enrolled prep school. You would think now that the investigation is over and everyone's all clear, an NFL prospy like that would be working to get into college.
I would not even begin to wonder why some kid decided to go or not to go to prep school.

Come on...that makes way too much sense.

The other has not informed AU that they are looking into AU.
The thing is nobody knows that. The NCAA does not have to make public that they sent a NOI and neither does AU. Did we ever get word on whether AU got a NOI for Newton? Nope. And still what happened? A NCAA NOI does not fall under in FIA guidelines. So the school itself has to volunteer that information or someone has to ask about and the school has to be conformable with releasing that information. Did you not here what was said that the presser the other day at AU? Again NO ONE IS SAFE! That means every school that recruits Memphis.

You know who was rule ineligible, then was ruled eligible but was still under investigation? Cam Newton.
This is actually not true. Cam was never ruled ineligible by the NCAA, he was ruled ineligible by Auburn to force the NCAA to make a ruling on his eligibility. That was the only way to make the NCAA rule on whether his participation would force Auburn to vacate games.
quote:
Yes, he was declared ineligible, but that doesn't mean it's over.
I agree with this statement

Then maybe you should sweat Brandon Hills recruitment and not Jovon Robinsons.

Ehh I wouldn't say no one is safe.
Maybe not but I bet there are some athletic departments going through files right now crossing every T and dotting every I making sure nothing fishy has happened.

other than the fact that no NOI has been sent to Au.
Where did this come from - was that part of the story coming out of Memphis?
No letter was sent to MSU either. Big whoop.

Nice, glad "withdrawaled" and "would of" didn't make the edit cut. And maybe Cam didn't get paid, I have no idea. How difficult was it for Trent R. to get all those free suits?

Who says I'm sweating at all? I'm just clearing something up that you still refuse to grasp.
BTW:
quote:
In an interview after speaking at the Hoover Area Chamber of Commerce luncheon, Jacobs said Auburn has not received a notice of inquiry. He expressed confidence Auburn has proper institutional control and said he knows of nothing new in the Cam Newton investigation within "the last month or so."
No they didn't

Brandon Hill was ruled ineligible... the investigation is about Memphis area players including one at MSU, one at Auburn, One at Bama and one at UGA... Most feel Auburn and MSU may have committed secondary violations...
I understand why the papers would talk about Jovon, but clearly the players at UGA and BAMA could also cause problems for their schools.

Not sure whats funny unless you are a money laundering scum bag. But the ROLFAMO emoticon is a good deflection.

How could I be a money laudnering scumbag if it's impossible to launder money anymore because of all these great financial regulations? I also work in "the field." Your statement is ridiculous. There is a multibillion dollar underground economy, and no amout of regulation has come close to changing that.
