No its not. If they didn't play that year then nothing can be used to determine what would have happen. Auburn beat UGA down this year and beat every common opponent worse than them and still got beat by them the second time. You can't even tell week to week who would win. Let alone year to year.

Read the article. It says when VA Tech kicked the onside kick that Auburn recovered Auburn ran the clock out. Va Tech never had the ball with a chance to take the lead.

USCw 2004 may be the greatest paper tiger in the history of football.

People only remembered them because Auburn and the BCS screwing them and because they cheated. Otherwise they would be just another team that scored alot of points and beat who they played like most NC any given year.
