Ewers had less than 100yds against Wyoming until the 4th qtr right?
I think Ewers is literally the whole problem with Texas right now...Every other aspect of the team is firing on all cylinders, but he is inconsistent as heck and sometimes/ a lot of times can't hit the deep ball to wide open receivers even with tons of time and little pressure. If he could master those long passes, it would put them in the playoffs easily..
I mean even in the game against BAMA, the 2 long passes he connected on to Worthy and Mitchell for TD's, both of them had to make adjustments and make miraculous catches; especially Worthy's over the shoulder catch. He was wide open and Ewers with plenty of time threw it to the hardest spot on the field for him to make that catch.

you gonna show your math for all the “BCS teams in Texas”?
2006-2023
Texas 139-80
A&M 134-84
at least we are higher than the milkmen..
TCU probably has more wins as they played 6 or 7 years in the MWC.. who else you got?
Oh, I see you edited..
read the post wrong and realized it wasn't what I thought it was. But Houston has a better record.

I told you that Ewers was mediocre at best. He has an arm but whoever is coaching QB's is doing a terrible job. He always throws off balance, back foot, etc ...

From the SEC standpoint...
Still the most troubling thing about the Alabama Texas outcome was Texas' not succumbing to the SEC crowd.
Not surprising that they beat the Alabama TEAM... they almost did last year. But how in the world did they win in front of that crowd?

Alabama looks BAD. We are going to know a lot more about Bama after this weekend, but the offense is simply inept. I think OU beats UTrans this year, and KSU as well.
I think there is a third one in there because Sarkisian is just not a good HC
