Nope, they'll be looking for cupcakes so they can be bowl eligible.

They have losing records to most of those teams over the past 10 years if I'm not mistaken.

I highly doubt they will. They are not true rivalry games and they have nothing to gain, much to lose.

No historical significance, so no. The Rice game actually has more tradition than any of those. Why does Rice play Texas?
