They had an opportunity 2 years ago and didn’t because some unnamed head coaches were ‘afraid’ that players would hide injuries to stay in a game.
Kiffin actually argued for injury benching for a series AND league review after the game with potential financial penalties for faked injuries. Maybe some of the head coaches complaining should be scrutinized for their stance back then…
