please stop saying "we" and "our". Your opinion does not represent any majority.

well when our traditions and opinions clearly aren't valued then why stay?

What traditions of yours aren't valued? Playing on Friday against arky instead of Thursday against A&M? Is this really a big tradition?

What opinions of yours aren't valued? Not wanting to have permanent opponents? Well I can tell you that your opinion on that was valued equally with the other SEC schools that voted and decided to keep them for now.

I think that's the perception of some folks that need to get out of BR more often

Night games

playing on Saturdays not Thursdays

Go look at how the bowl assignments last year shook out. Who got the short end of the stick yet again? LSU.

No

The question is idiotic frankly. yes, the bridge schedules have been unfair to LSU but you don't leave a conference over a two year period. I do think the SEC should go to the Spurrier suggestion or use the room-mate switch to manage teh schedules and maintain key rivalries - but I don't want LSU leaving over spilled milk.

Take it up with the OP. Conference powers get what they want. See UA and UTx.

Night games

This is a tradition?

Well, you are welcome to opt out of the lucrative TV contracts and play your games at night. I'm sure local Baton Rouge TV will broadcast it, and that's all that matters.

i havent seen anyone post about the money, lots of it, that comes with membership in the sec. for this reason and many others lsu will not leave the sec.

glad to see its not only a segment of uga fans that seem to have very little grasp on reality.

Which ones aren't valued, IYO?

EDIT: NM. I like night games, too. But I would not want Alabama to leave the conference over that issue.

Sounds like 2 out of 3 of your issues are with CBS and espn and the bowl selection committees. Not the SEC. As far as the Thursday game not on Saturday, hasn't it been on Friday most years?
