Derek may have gotten ahead a bit because of his old man's name, but he is not some dumb kid living off his dad's name. He is a real smart dude and I think he understands the football and admin things well. UT was just a real bad situation for him. I bet he does well before it is all said and done....

I'd say Chizik is more accomplished than Dooley, so no. It takes a lot of skill to run two programs into the dirt like Chizik has.
