I heard on a local radio show this am that the NCAA is in Arkansas and looking into possible recruiting violations committed by Auburn. They are asking the hard questions and probing pinnacle preps and their connection to Gus. Supposedly there exists a tape with Cecil and a certain sports authority describing Auburn offering 180 grand for Cam, Tennessee offering 150 grand and Ole Miss supposedly made an offer as well.

Dan Mullen told the powers that be that he would release said tape to the NCAA if Cam signed with Auburn. Not making this up just repeating what I have heard. This tape is suppose to make it out this coming week. If it even exists will this be the final death blow to bring down the fraud that is Auburn football?

A lot could come from this, Slive could lose his job and multiple teams could be exempt from post season play for quite some time. I will say this, Petrino dropped Michael Dyer and his recruitment like a hot potato when money begin to be discussed and Auburn was in the picture. Where there is smoke there is fire. I hope this burns Auburn's program to the ground and Gus right along with it.

yeah or cash money. If there is nothing there then why is the NCAA still investigating and why do people keep making claims. They will eventually have no choice but to hand Auburn a harsh penalty.

Well Since we already had Mackey committed and Stanley the heir apparent, I find this highly unlikely. No reason for us to even be involved with Cam.

USC was hammered 5 years later. This isn't going away any time soon.

Yeah because you guys weren't bending over backwards to grab another QB on the market. Go back to Dumbville and put a dumb sandwich in your dumb face.

I don't care about Cam or Ole Miss and stuff.

I seriously doubt Ole Miss made an offer on Cam, Masoli was Nutts ace in the pocket. This is the first I have heard of the Mullen twist that he was holding the tapes as collateral to try and get Cam to stay with State. Ironically, this makes more sense then a lot of the stuff out there.

question for you slick. Why are you so willing to believe that where there is smoke there is fire where Cam is concerned, but if someone even hints that there are too many rumors of Mallet being a drug using douchebag for it to not be true do you go ballistic?

Cam got paid and Ryan is a drug using douche. I just don't see the disconnect between you believing one and not the other.
