Not the Big 11

1 -llinois
2-Indiana
3-Iowa
4-Michigan
5-Michigan St.
6-Minnesota
7-Northwestern
8-Ohio St.
9-Penn St.
10-Purdue
11-Wisconsin

Maybe Penn St is just renting a spot

LOL. I can't believe we've never thought of this question before?!

FWIW, what happens when we add another team for a conference championship game? By this logic...
"Wait... Big12 East or West?"

They just didn't change the name when PSU was added. Simple.

How about the "Ultra 11"?

Has a little ring to it.

Yep. The Big 10 didn't change their name because of the rich history and tradition that the name Big 10 has. I like that and how the logo has the number 11 formed in it.
