I think you may have just answered your own question. I know I, for one, am sick of hearing about him from Bama fans.

Hey I don't claim to know anything about statistics, I just go by what Sporting News tells me.

A&M has a better offensive pedigree than Bama does. Don't talk down to me, gump.

You said you were allowed to disagree with the Sporting News...but nobody else can disagree with these publications?
I hope the fact that ppl think Yeldon is overrated does not ruin your weekend...its supposed to be nice outside.

Its not an unpopular sentiment.

Really? How has that worked out for you?

Why does the Rant hate T.J. Yeldon so much?
I don't think the Rant hates Yeldon. Most likely don't care about him one way or the other. Those few that do hate him have their reasons.
Why some AU fans hate Yeldon:
RB Yeldon drops AU, switches commitent to Alabama
Why some LSU fans hate Yeldon:
Why some Bama fans hate Yeldon:

Meh, that was so long ago, most dont care. Au has not missed a beat in regards to running backs.
After this play the rest were glad we dodged that bullet.

What's a UAT?
ETA: It's indescribably fitting that you pulled that pic from AUFamily.com. Made my day.

Produce better NFL players and we will

I could say its physically impossible for Bama fans to take criticisms on any part of their program. Even when someone isn't necessarily calling a player "bad", just not the best at some aspect of the game, Hell breaks lose.
In all seriousness I do like Lacy now that he isn't in Tuscaloosa. After all, he did help me win a fantasy championship this year

The reference to Alabama as "UAT" is a classic example of little bro syndrome. You usually don't suffer from that, so I know you didn't make the chart. Let me guess, Allin2010 made that.

A poster named Stattiger did.

The dude just won rookie of the year, made the pro bowl, and finished with more TDs than AD. You can heap all the criticism you like on to UA but when you make dumb comments like the one I responded to, you're gonna get called out.

I guess I'll just have to say he is better than AD to make you happy?

All I said was that he benefits because GB spreads defenses out. It is common knowledge that, if you can find a hole, you're going to get some yards if there is only one or two linebackers in the game.
He is still a top 10 RB at the least, but it isn't like he has the team on his back either like AD or even someone like Steven Jackson when he was in St Louis.

I dislike him because:
1. He's a bammer (this applies to all bammer players, so no big deal.)
2. His little "flip" stunt from AU to bammer, although I assume he's just a dumb kid that let Saban and crew manipulate him.
I think Alabama fans are the only ones who "hate" him, because of his propensity to fumble at bad times.
