Where are all these people that believe this (not counting trolls)?

Finally someone who gets it.

Back when A&M hired Schloss I didn't know what to make of it. All of CDC's coaches loved him. Was Schloss the exception? Pierce was already coming up short of Texas expectations - and one had to think that Schloss would be CDC's go to... But maybe not? It confused me.

But then sure enough, CDC went for Schloss and it got ugly and awkward. Can't fault A&M - but they probably should have investigated Schloss' ties to CDC. Maybe they did and he lied. But Pierce's clock was already ticking when A&M hired Schloss.

CDC is a mastermind.

He knew just mentioning the coaching vacancy would cause drama at Trans A&M.

We heard rumors of aggy players on the phone with Texas, etc.

Epic distraction to what could have been an aggy natty.

A&M quelled that by hiring a "friend" coach.

But that's also why they won't even make it to Omaha this season. Friend coaches don't work.

Barring injuries, we'll host a Super. You're invited, like last year.

I think it's pretty selfish of you to ask me that question, to be honest with you.

Aren't Schloss and Cuck Del Conte pretty close friends? Like "Eiffel towering worn out old ladies" close?

How did he trip over himself at TCU and aTm? I mean, he had those programs closer to a natty than ever before and left them in great shape.

If this is true, how come he was able to get talent to both schools?

Nah, as others have already pointed out…. you’ve just created a straw man argument to argue against.

I doubt they are "friends" in the sense you seem to think.

Do they like him? Seems so. But it's probably more that they respect him. That tends to happen when a coach doesn't negotiate a new job in the midst of a championship run.
