Why did the clock not start after the review?

It was a catch and should have been a running clock on the ready to play, what I'm I missing?? Texas didn't call time out.

Was thinking the same thing. Maybe because it was an injury to ASU player?
I would have thought ASU could have ran 25 secs off at least

Clock stopped for an injury timeout not a review is the only thing I can think of.
