not quite the shining light you paint them to be
They're not but just to be starting in the NFL is pretty good in the grand scheme of things. Also 5 of the last 9 Super Bowls have featured a SEC QB.
2006 Peyton Manning, Rex Grossman
2007 Eli Manning
2009 Peyton Manning
2011 Eli Manning
2013 Peyton Manning
Ok 3 players but still

We've got quite a few starters (or have started) in the league: Cam, Cutler, Peyton, Eli, Stafford, Mett... can we claim Gabbert and Tannehill? Not bad for one conference.

Gabbert and Tannehill are BIG XII QBs so no.

Grier was looking great in his first few games of his career I'd say he looked better than that kid Rosen
I know Rosen is a year younger and Grier was redshirted but still

These 2 had about the least impressive college careers I've ever seen for a top 10 pick along with Christian ponder
Must of been great talkers in the interview

Grier was also on steroids and a year makes a big difference for a qb.

brandon allen has the 8th best qbr and is top 10 in efficency in the country. go frick yourself. get over it he is the best qb in the sec and deserves to be seen as one of the best in the country.

We used to. They all left in 2013. McCarron, Murray, Mettenberger, shaw.

Do people really think a weight gain supplement makes a qb better?
And I disagree a year under muschamp probably didn't make much of a difference outside of the weight gain you see brissette and driskel are doing much better without him

as a collective group, this has to be the worst group of QB's the SEC has had in awhile. Im not sure any of them have any shot of even getting picked up by a NFL team. None will get drafted. It amazes me AL and LSU
can't find a stud QB every year

with all 6 or so of his SEC wins in 3 years. He is a decent Qb. nothing more, nothing less. He will follow Tyler WIlson in not making the league after hog fans whine that he should have been the first qb selected

Every year, I see some qb at a small school who is just amazing and think, how did the SEC miss on this kid?
I know it is a tough position to evaluate, but that does not make any less irritating to watch a kid from your state do so well at another school when you never even offered him.

Dude go be an auburn fan hawgalude. I don't get why you still pretend to be a hawg fan. I took your bet if brandon gets drafted you quit posting. so you better get all the shite posts you can out cause you might be grouped with stonehog if you welch and we don't need 2 Welchers over here.
