How would modern day Alabama fans (or fans of any school) handle Bryant's record from 1967-1970?

Not that 1967 or 1968 were terrible years, but I think many fans nowadays would use those years to show that Bryant had lost his touch. Then in 1969 and 1970, fans would be calling for him to step down because the program was headed down the drain.

It is not just Alabama fans that expect more. Look around college football and you see coaches getting fired left and right for perceived failure. I do understand that as an Aubie it is your job to attack Alabama but I was trying to insert a real.
