From my observation, LSU doesn't really have a single we-hate-you, you-hate-us kind of game with anyone. Teams get 'up' to play LSU I've noticed but the Tigers just want to beat everyone equally.
As an Ole Miss guy, though, I'll say that I'd rather win this game than any other all season.
