Because Arkansas was the only place where it was happening...that's why it's illegal there. Legislatures don't pass laws unless there is (or they think there is) a reason. Think about it.

Arkansas amd Auburn fall behind Ole Miss though. Auburn will always be the stepchild of their state, yet have an unexplained arrogance that ony recently was substantiated by a title, thanks to the donations which made Cam Newton available. Now they can subside back to their reality of being second best in the state and irrelevant to the national media. Arkansas doesn't have much to brag about but unlike Ole Miss, they have at least found Atlanta (and Omaha).
This is spot on IMO.

People are really saying Ole Miss when we have someone who feels vastly inferior to us and spends millions of dollars trying to tell people how they're supposedly better than us? Having an entire ad campaign dedicated to your inferiority complex is saying alot.
