If Texas played Hell I'd find it in me to say something nice about Hell.

Too many facts prove otherwise

What facts? The fact that, aside from you and Oklahoma there are no programs in your conference that can stand on their own without significant assistance? The fact that, almost 10 years later, the nation's top provider STILL has not picked up your shite channel and has no plans to, basically ensuring that your network can't even be broadcast to the majority of Houston? The fact that, in order to survive going forward the PAC cannot solely have programs in the Pacific and Mountain times and expect to receive equal coverage on the east coast, south and midwest?

Whoa, whoa... bringing up facts to a Texas fan is uncalled for. You should be ashamed of yourself.

Yeah because the head representative of the SEC didn't say the game ending bogus PI on greedy was bad.

Aggies didn't just play nearly two full games and only committed 3 measly penalties when they committed nearly 10 a game on average WITHOUT overtime.

Nor were there several incredibly bad calls prior to that phantom PI.

This game also didn't lead to both a major rule change, nor did it make the SEC make a change to try and be more accountable for bad calls and respond to public criticism.

If you wanna be the next in a long line of people to lose the argument, pull up. At least Daniel showed some signs of intelligence to not take this losing argument on.

Don't worry, things will be back to normal in Nov when aggies get stomped in the same old traditional way they always do.

There are Pac games that kick off at 230, 6 and 7 central.

Surely you aren't pulling out the lazy card of "all Pac games start at 930 central."

The #2 SEC market has consistently been Austin since A&M joined the SEC...those ratings peak when A&M is playing. Clearly no one in Austin cares about A&M...

Again place this in the “things that no one gives a shite about file.”

How you confuse uptick in OU shirts sales in 2012 with Todays Austin tv market does not amaze me anymore. Are we going back to the last time you won your conference? When was That?

Couple that with “ut is scared of the aggies....fact” has me closing my eyes and shaking my head.....along with 90%of your aTm rep posters here.

It’s not sad to me. It’s just funny.

Now let’s get some:
-melt
-triggered
-agcessed
-etc replies.

So Texas is in a weaker position in 2019 than they were in 2011?

I am trying to figure out where you are coming from.
Most logical people who are unbiased would say Texas is in a much stronger than when they negotiated with the PAC 12 the first time.

The earliest a kickoff can be for a home game at a PAC 12 venue is 1pm Central (11am Pacific).

You almost never see a game at a venue in the Pacific Time Zone (California, Oregon or Washington) at a PAC 12 school start any earlier than 1pm local (3pm Central).

What does this have to do with Texas?
The PAC 12 started a network and it is a failure.
Difference is the LHN is only for one school and brings in enough value for ESPN and Texas to keep it going.
Your obsession with the LHN is worse than Nebraska fans.

Houston is AT&T.

There you go again, assuming Comcast has the majority of Houston cable subscribers (hint: it doesn't).

You aggys are on quite the lying streak.

Comcast is screwed because AT&T owns the local sports rights.

I'm trying to figure out where you are coming from.

First you talk about how "the conference" is stronger. Now you're admitting that you plan to jettison the Big 12 for the PAC 12?

TV wise, you have no hope of keeping your network in its current form if you join the PAC 12. FOX, which owns the primary deal for both the Big XII and the PAC 12, will never allow an ESPN property to infringe on their deal. If it gets rolled up into the PAC 12 Networks, that triggers a dispute between Fox and ESPN.

The best case scenario is that Larry Scott pulls his head out his arse and reduces the number of PAC 12 Networks to 2 (Pacific and Mountain), with the option to add a 3rd (Central) in the event of expansion.

He doesn't understand that he's making the case for the Pac to give TEXAS major concessions to join their conference.

Texas has no interest in the PAC.
The conference is a mess.

If anything happens it will be the stronger schools in the ACC, Big 12 and PAC 12 creating a National conference.
This is the only way you will get Texas and ND to budge and move from their position.

First, Old Sarge claims that aggy football games get higher ratings in Austin than Longhorn football games.

Then he says the whole city wore Oklahoma gear for an aggy Cotton Bowl.

Then Major Aggy claims Austin is the No. 2 TV market by ratings for the SEC and that most Houston cable subscribers can't get the Longhorn Network.

All of these ludicrous claims scream "little brother."

Good lord.

Aggy ( the collection of about 7 losers on TD) fights on all four sides.

All the while forgetting what facts are; forgetting that no one cares about their lil brother complex to the east; forgetting about their lil brother complex to the west; and caring about things like tv ratings.

Hint: the sec was built on competition and that is how it got its ratings. Try to compete and win a conference in the next 20 years since you couldn’t do it in the last 20.

Then I guess you can talk about things that no one cares about. Until then it’s an “all hat, no cattle” type co go for you.
