Scoop, I watched BAMAs spring game. The Qbs were awful. Star Jackson should be playing in the SWAC. Defense did look good. Ole Miss looked like a far superior offensive team in their game. Gotta give Bama a big edge on Defense though.

Except what are the facts? Alabama faces four bowl teams from last year in their first seven games. LSU faces three. In addition I see Arkansas being a bowl team in 2009.

You better hope $aban doesn't revert back to his '02 LSU days & leave your starting QB in too long, 'cause if he gets hurt, you're sunk.

Even the broadcasters noted the similarity between McElroy & Mauck. Not sure I agree with that assessment, but we'll see.
