Kinda. But as with any "little sister" type school it's really not the same. Nobody in their right mind gives as much of a frick about Okie State as they do OU, etc.
In terms of hate and dislike for us, Nebraska might surprise you with the amount they'd built up for us. Chase Daniel really had a way of pissing them off in particular. And we had a rivalry trophy for them, the Victory Bell or something. Though I'm not sure how quickly thats dissipated with them since they've left for the Big Ten.
Biggest thing I will miss is the Telephone Trophy that we played Iowa State for. No really. It was a trophy of a a fricking telephone. I don't know why. Nobody did. Nobody wanted it. Given to the winner of the fricking Mizzou-Iowa State game. Look I'm the biggest Mizzou homer there is and even I will admit just the mere concept of having a trophy for that is a punchline, and then to top it off they make it a fricking telephone.
Illinois kinda hates us, but they pussed out out of our football series with them after we kept beating them year in and year out. Still play 'em in hoops though.

I heard today that the Mizzou - Arkansas game this year is in Columbia. The players will be receiving having their Big 12 champions celebration before the game, so it will be a Zou.
