Where will this LSU melt rank?

Obviously, there have been bigger ones in the past. I would think that the 2011 national championship was up there. But after reading the LSU board and the rant all week it really seems they’ve convinced themselves they are winning this game while the world is saying they have no chance. At least a third of them are saying they will blow us out. It started off last week with just them doing their typical French heritage/bravado routine, and has ended up to where we are now. Pure delusion. Will this be a top 5 melt of all-time once they’re blown out?

Most LSU fans don’t melt. They just disappear like roaches when the light is shining.
I remember them running their cocky mouths in New Orleans in 2011 for days. As soon as I walked out of the Superdome all the roaches had scattered and were no where to be found. I expect similar results this Saturday evening.

The best melt in my opinion was the one when we got chosen for the rematch in the 2011 BCS polls. They melted for a whole month before the game was even played.
They had all sorts of threads breaking down how the computer rankings wouldn't let us in the game.

One small problem with your analogy -
I don't care what you think about me. I don't want your attention. I don't wake up in the morning thinking about LSU football.
Geez man. LSU fans have become as narcissistic as Alabama fans. "Earth to LSU...There are other college football programs besides LSU, Bama, and A&M."

I was in Gatlinburg and there were bama shirts and hats everywhere, then Josh Jasper kicked the game winning kick against the scum of the earth and the city was clean again. Not one single bama logo anywhere! It was glorious to see the city clean up so quickly.

Honestly, you have a better chance of a top 5 melt if it's close and the refs botch the shite out of a call in favor of Bama and it affects the outcome.
How would you rank the Bama melt if LSU pulls off the miracle that you think it would be if they win?
