Let me let the tards in on a little secret...message boards don't make a rivalry. We had the same discourse several years ago with Ole Miss when Tubs dissed them for Auburn. It lasted a couple years till they finally found their place. Moo U will too...and then they will go back to the obscurity they have earned. Until then, we'll continue to remind them of how inconsequential they are.

Easy. Because it has been one of the most competitive games of the last 5 years in the SEC. It's one of those early season must win games for both teams, kind of like how Alabama/Arkansas used to be under Shula/Nutt.
2011: 41-34 AU (goal line stand to win)
2010: 17-14 AU
2009: 49-24 AU
2008: 3-2 AU
2007: 19-14 MSU
But mostly it is just mad MSU fans who get so close every year but can't seal the deal. Camgate did not help either.
