What will happen with TJ Harden and Anthony Hankerson?

Both of these guys are in Wright & Harris' exact situation. Schools have expressed interest, but neither are committed or practicing with a college team.
If the players get a favorable ruling Thursday, will Harden and Hankerson find teams, and if so, what will the various conferences do?
