That was their goofy bookstore boarding up for Hurricane Rita in 2005 only they put the plywood on the inside. You are supposed to put the plywood on the outside to help protect your windows from being broken only the storm went way east of there so the whole thing was pointless outside of advertising to the world they are absolute morons.
