What teams beside FSU and Clemson could rise to a position of dominance in the ACC?

Since the BCS era began, six SEC teams have had seasons, and in some cases longer, periods of dominance. Tennessee, Florida, LSU, Alabama, Auburn, and Georgia.
So the question is...what ACC programs could rise to a position of power in that conference and compete for national championships multiple times?

No seriously. They are 34th in talent composite now as a G5 and Lashlee is a legit coach. They'll start pulling top 20 talent (TCU currently 19th)
