The only coaches to choose from are Mullen and Kirby, so which one?

Don't improve? Seems like every QB under him has been astronomically better than they were without him. Even Franks improved dramatically for all his limitations. I just wish he would have accepted that Franks wasn't good enough early on. He was stubborn there.

I am not talking about without him. I am talking about with him.
2019 franks looked just like 2018 franks.

I was hoping you were smart enough to figure it out on your own, but Mullen is the answer.
He doesn’t recruit well enough to get hurt by the portal, which creates the need to use the portal. There has only been benefit from the portal for him.

Who would that be? Maybe I'm having a brain fart. I know b cox and lingard, neither of which has taken a snap at Florida. Cager was our best receiver last year and was excellent when healthy. And on the topic of "high potential but hasn't played for the team yet" Newman seems to be pretty high in that regard.

There has not ONLY been benefit from the portal for Kirby. Unlike Mullen, He has been hurt by having players transfer.

I answered my own question, since he refused to do so. I didn’t answer his question that was only asked to avoid the point of my question.
