Everything I've heard / read leads me to believe that's what happened. Its a shame if its true but you live and learn I guess. To the previous poster, I can't see weed helping him at all. If anything it would slow down an athlete rather than help him. That said, they need to legalise it. Its less harmful for a person than alcohol, and ppl don't get suspended for failing an alcohol test.

Thanks for pointing this out. Everyone obviously thinks he was smoking weed to be better at covering receivers and not for the high. Same with Ricky Williams.

it actually depends on the person. weed helps some people b.c. it slows the game for them.

I guess his motivations don't really matter, I just think it's funny that people think these athletes are smoking weed to help them be better at football.

his suspension is old news, and there is still no public conclusion on his permanent status. failed drug test and/or failed performance enhancing drug test are the rumors.
