I'd go with Missouri as the most realistic. When they're being unrealistic, they're obviously trolling. I also consider Florida fans fairly reasonable.
The most unrealistic would be LSU and it's hard to be that unrealistic when you've been so successful in recent years. Even LSU has some fans that are reasonable, though.
