That would be the one with the emotional predisposition to rush to judgment.
Like when the walk on guy was supposedly in the car and Bama fans said ‘see y’all said that we would have kicked off someone if they weren’t good ah ha’?
But then he claimed the report was false and used the keyword ‘heartbroken’ (just like miller and Oats have both used in the past week- such a coincidence and not coached to use that word to appear human I’m sure.) Then scrub’s dad comes out and basically threatens litigation against the false reporting but then the Times said they have video evidence.
Just curious where we are on that aspect?

Good for that guy. I don’t follow college basketball. Or the nba.

The person I was speaking to did indeed suggest that. It really wasn't your conversation to get into, now was it?

Sorry you misinterpreted my statement. I honestly don’t know anything about the kid.

Alabama president remains conspicuously silent in wake of Brandon Miller gun revelation
quote:
The University of Alabama has stated that it was a “group decision” to allow Brandon Miller to continue playing for the Crimson Tide basketball team in the wake of the revelation that Miller transported a teammate’s gun to a shootout in a crowded student bar district that left a young mother dead. In truth, it was a single person's decision, or should have been: university president Stuart Bell. Bell is the one in charge.

So far you haven't mentioned one legal truth. Everything you took the time to mention is hearsay. At best, second-hand information that could be based on any bias. Much like the post, I'm now commenting about.

The sad fact is Alabama fans would have a different opinion if the victim was white
The sad part is the whole country would have a different opinion if Brandon Miller was white. This country has a serious problem with only applying the 2nd amendment to white people. You can all say what you want, and personally, I dont give a frick what any of you wastes of oxygen think, but this shite is getting ridiculous. There is evidence proving that he did nothing wrong. The text about bringing his gun was literally sent moments before he arrived whereas he had been texted much earlier to come pick him up.
Brandon did absolutely nothing wrong and was put in a fricking terrible situation by a terrible "friend". Miles left his gun in Brandons car without him knowing it. What the frick do you think would have happened had he been pulled over for speeding with someone elses gun concealed in his car. Cops dont give 2 flyiing fricks whether you know its there or not, especially if you also happen to be black.
Kyle fricking rittenhouse BOUGHT a gun HIMSELF and took it KNOWINGLY into another state and killed 2 people, one of which was unarmed, and hes a fricking hero.
Brandon Miller UNKNOWINGLY had a gun in his car when he went to pick up a "friend", didnt find out until MOMENTS before arriving that it was even there, and then voluntarily handed over the entire contents of his phone and dash cam and the whole country wants him locked up because journalism is dead and people will publish literally anything, regardless of truth, for the clicks.
You should all be ashamed of yourselves. I'm sorry I bothered to even check and see what was going on in this shite hole. I should have known the racist elitism that this place is known for would be in full effect.

He didn't go to pick up anyone. He went to deliver the murder weapon. Miles and Davis waited at or in Bradleys vehicle for Miller to get there and Miller pulled in behind Bradley. After the murder, Miles left the scene with his girlfriend in HER vehicle. He had 2 rides there. Miller came for 1 reason- to bring the murder weapon.

Otherwise known as "lack of institutional control".
Its what happens when the athletic dept calls the shots.

And you could have a 6-month trial just litigating everything you left out of that biased summation. What a scholar you are.

What did Brandon Miller do wrong?
Easy ... couriered, via car, the murder weapon used in a hit that killed a mother of one.
This isn't hard, for you Bammers that are working so hard not to understand. Being the delivery driver of the murder weapon, used by one of the guys you were partying with earlier in the evening, is considered a "bad move" by most. Hanging around, while the hit goes down is also considered something of a social faux pas by most.
Did he know it was in the back seat ? Did he not ? Frankly - I don't give a shite. He was hanging with the two dudes that did the hit. He went to the scene, when asked to do so, and hung around while the deed went down.
Its. Not. That. Hard. To. Understand. So stop the purposely naive bullshite.

But the law cares. And thinking people care. But smart people are willing to wait for the facts. Foolishness is always in a hurry.

Facts - prisons are full of kids who got mixed up in criminal activity because of their friends. That’s what they did wrong. They got peer pressured, and got charged because of their involvement.

Then, by all means, invite the innocent-until-proven-guilty Brandon Miller to escort your daughter ... or niece, or female cousin ... for a night on the town in lovely Tuscaloosa. Maybe he'll invite a few of his friends along. After all, his judgement is beyond reproach. And he is, as you say, a free man.

I don’t get why Bama fans get so offensive about it if he’s so innocent

What kind of stupid as hell strawman is this?

His judgment isn't a crime. And the fact he is a free man would clearly show that fact.

Strawman is another one of these popular phrases that are short for "I don't like your argument, so pick another !!!".
For all you folks, confessing your belief in just how innocent Brandon Miller is in all this ... that is my official invitation to put a little skin in the game. Send one of your daughters, or nieces, or whatever - out with the still free, still innocent-until-proven-guilty Brandon Miller.
Because it's easier to say "of course I trust his story" as long as he's just the courier of the murder weapon that killed somebody you don't know and can confidently assume you never would have known. And conveniently wears the jersey brand of the team you idolize, instead of one of the other three hundred and some odd teams you hate.
