My guess is Rodgers was still Favre's backup at the time of that picture. He probably would have displaced Favre earlier with a better haircut.
Just remember this conversation for the first Bo interception in a few weeks. In the back of your mind you'll now be thinking "what if he had a good haircut?" You're welcome.

You know come to think about it. Bo cut his hair last year in mid season...we started competing....we made a bowl. 
If only he had cut his hair pre aggie game, he may have not thrown that pick 6 right before half time and maybe he could've led a drive and gotten us some points off all those turnovers.....dammit.
