After reading this thread, it is painfully obvious that s. la. looks down its nose at n. la. It's like a plantation mentality towards the people of n la. We will accept your elite college athletes, but the rest of you are rude backwards hicks.
And the 2 regions are thought of as 2 separate states by those in s la.

some portion does feel that way about north La, i like to say it on here just because its funny. In reality its not even something i think about at all.
I do think this would be an interesting thread on the msb where they have more insight into hs football and could get deeper into smaller differences in play/players besides the clear population gap.

Yeah maybe it could stay on topic, instead of having posters like Paul Allen and random rapist noob guy shitting on it with ridiculous insults.

Getting me a bit riled up. I never even knew there was animosity between sla and nla. Who was the dumb arse talking about beautiful lakes and bayous? Have you been to NELA? Are you fricking kidding me?
Bruin is in a class of its own. Has anyone been to bruin? Some of the best times of my life have been on that lake.
Typical bullshite coming from close minded cajuns. I love SLA and NLA.

Look above. Grew up spending summers on tha lake. Which is why it was ironic that Sandusky made the comment abou tensas parish. People really do come from all over to go to bruin.

I spearhead a group of New Orleans based Catholic Penn Staters intent of bringing an international airport to a parcel of land just south of St Joesph

Your flames are weak, young grasshopper. As is your university of choice for the next decade to come. But I guess that's why you're posting on an SEC board.

Only fitting that a penn st. fan is schooling people on Louisiana people. The MOST trashy, vile bunch if fans I've ever been around.

There aren't many children in St. Joseph so it might not be to your liking

I think your agenda here has become painfully obvious.

I'm trying to decide who's the bigger moron.
Paul Allen or you frickingidiots that agree with him.
1st off frick the cowboys.
2nd off frick the saints.
North la is LSU country as much as another area of Louisiana.
Hunting and fishing is better in north la, the old south plantation cotton, corn and soybean farms are still prevelant, timber a d oil and gas.
Johnnys is the best in the state for pizza and that has nothing to do with Shreveport, place might as well be in Texas.
Not to mentionWe have the nicest golf courses.
Closed minded judgmental individuals?
That was the best part.
Oh and btw, br la is more like north la than any part of the stAte.
I lived there for 8 years, so I'm qualified to say.
