Who all else does it? And who originated it...Arky or Ole Miss?

Probably all started doing it in the early 80s or so.
I know it was part of the routine for Arkansas' band when I was growing up. The fans did it too. Although we did it slightly different than Alabama, we did it at the start of the Rock & Roll song.
A new band director in 1994 or so stopped it.

1991 was one of the last years we did it.
I remember it being something Ark did back at least as early as 1986, probably earlier.

No, we don't. The student section sort of does a weird version of it, but we used to count it off and the whole stadium did it. Not anymore.
I think the last band director was just a big pussy or something.
Robken, our best ever band director, is at La Tech.
He apparently fricked a student here or something. But I think he married her afterwards.
