I recommend you try Gus's fried chicken while you are down there.

I'm staying 1.5 miles south of Beale, on W. Illinois.

Nice knowing you.

Does the establishment offer hourly rates by chance?

If yes, then that's bad.

A little overrated but you might still want to go just for the experience. Gus's chicken is a must, in fact, I might just have that for dinner now.

I'd recommend The Flying Saucer for all your beer needs. Great selection there.

Also The Flying Fish is some of the best Seafood in town.

Just FYI, I perfer Hueys > Dyers.

The only thing I found close was stuff right there on Beale like the Westin, but I'm not gonna drop that kind of coin for this.

Most are expensive, but there is a Hampton, Marriot, and a Holiday Inn downtown as well.

You see those prices over there on the left? I'm saying 1.5 miles from beale and paying $60 a night. yeah, yeah, you get what you pay for...but I'm young and not OT rich so I'm looking to save as much money as I can whenever I can. Dropping $100 a night just didn't seem worth it to me.

Not a problem , I understand, just don't think you should stay on W. Illinois Avenue.

Econolodge is 63 a night, and it's closer than W Illinois.... safer too.

damn that sucks.... just be careful, and i hope you have a good time. I would spend as much time around beale as possible.

Rendezvous is great, but Gus's Chicken is another must.
