problem is Fitz can't throw into space. The last play of the house is being brought you just throw it in the general direction of one of the receivers and let them make the play. You absolutely have to get the ball off whether it is incomplete or intercepted. He needs to know where he can dump the ball off. He can't seem to figure out how to check down to the Running back or whatever the short out is. They are 3rd or 4th on his check downs. He can't seem to check from 1 to 4 when he feels pressure and that is on him and the OL and the coach for not pointing it out. You have to dump the ball off sometimes and it can often turn into a big play especially with playmakers and teams blitzing.

With the limited practice time in College I think a lot of coaches aren’t flexible enough in adapting to the personnel they inherit. Its easier for 10 coaches to adapt than it is to 125 player roster.

If you are inheriting a 4-8 team then yeah scratch everything and take your lumps but seems like MSU is wasting a good team. There’s still time for them to become a dangerous team. I just hope its after the LSU game.

Having said that MSU had that dropped TD early in the second half. The play was there, they go ahead by 2 scores and thatr might have sealed the way both Ds were playing. That is not coaching; nor a knock on the player. Is just football.

You know it's bad when Stingray leaves you.

MSU has some great line talent, I think it's more telling of the coaching or locker room issue getting beat up physically, no excuse for that.

True. I don't like how our fans have given up on them. I hope they use it as motivation. We don't need to improve much to be really good. Just need a couple guys to step up and make the plays when the opportunities present themself and they have.

He’s not old enough to remember Ole Piss SNITCHING on State in the early 2000s. Took us out for nearly a decade, yes karma is a bitch.
