As far as why the Big10 wouldn't take LSU, aside from the way they look down on the south in general - you don't have the academics for starters. Joining the Big10 is more than just about football numbers, they have all this academic crap too, like you need to be an AAU member. Nebraska is the only school that isn't, and that's because they lost it after they became a member and they are trying to get it back really hard.

The team they have always coveted more than any other is Notre Dame.

And while you all might think it's great, they aren't going to want a school where your culture is to scream suck that tiger dick at people. You aren't grasping how much better they think they are than you.

It would be entertaining as frick though, that's for sure.
