Oregon’s wasn’t in the top 10 when they beat OSU. A&M is ranked the week after they beat Bama, just like Oregon jumped to number 3 or 4 after their win. At least have some consistency in your troll.
OSU also got smoked at home. Bama lost a road game to a top 25 SEC team on a last second FG, based on your logic.

They were number 12

You can’t compare a loss to Oregon to a lost to tamu particularly with Tamus play the last several weeks.
You also are conveniently ignoring the penn state part
Also this is not a troll this is sincere discussion of the asinine poll that has bama at 5

Right. Which still isn’t the top 10 team you claimed they lost to at the time of the game. I don’t care about either of them, personally, but if you want to claim that OSU lost to the number 9 team in the country, let’s see where A&M is ranked in 4 weeks, right?

I mean, that’s exactly what you were doing in the post I responded to, right? You said OSU and PSU had better losses than Bama, correct? Which seems like a direct comparison to me. OSU got their asses kicked at home by a team that turned around and got beat by Stanford. Bama had a lead in the 4th quarter and A&M did what they needed to win the game after that.

The only PSU game I’ve seen was against AU, and while I wasn’t particularly impressed, I’d say that if Iowa ends their season in the top 5, which I doubt, then sure, they would have the best loss of the 3. A road loss against a ranked conference opponent. My guess is that the Iowa loss doesn’t look much different than the A&M loss by the end of the season, but again, I haven’t seen them play much either.

I meant a loss to tamu is nowhere near comparable in terms of respect.
Oregon was and is a legitimate playoff contender. Tamu had been an embarrassment to this point in the season and was winless in the sec.

Wat?
They went from 11 to 3 after beating Ohio State.

Kentucky should be around 8th. They are a damn solid team.

They win out and win the pac 12 they will be in. IF Sec champ pac 12 champ big ten champ are undefeated or one loss they will be in. Last spot will be cinci nd or big 12 champ depending on how they finish their seasons

There is no reason for Bama to be ranked #5. That was a really bad loss last night. Ohio State lost to a good Oregon team and dropped out of the top 10. Bama loses to a bad A&M team and only falls 4 spots.
