SEC Player of the Week - Florida forward Colin Castleton, a 6-foot-11, 231-pound junior from Deland, Fla., averaged 17.0 points, 6.0 rebounds and 3.0 blocks while shooting 70.6 percent (12-of-17) from the field and 90.9 percent (10-of-11) from the free throw line in wins over Vanderbilt and at No. 11 West Virginia. Castleton led the Gators with 21 points, seven rebounds and five blocked shots at West Virginia. He scored 15 of his 21 in the second half and shot 9-for-9 from the free throw line (7-for-7 second half) while blocking five shots for the third time in his last five games.



SEC Freshman of the Week - Tennessee guard Jaden Springer, a 6-foot-4, 204-pound freshman from Charlotte, N.C., averaged 11.0 points, 4.0 assists and 4.0 rebounds in wins over Mississippi State and No. 15 Kansas. Against Kansas, Springer earned his first start since returning from injury to score 13 points, pull down four rebounds and record three assists, while connecting on all seven of his attempts from the foul line.
