I know a school in the state of SC who actually got in trouble for steroids, and it wasn't Clemson...

They might have covered it in my ancient history classes...

All joking aside, before widespread drug testing every major college football program in the early to mid 80's were on the juice. It was even in my small high school (600 students) for those that wanted them.

I'm old enough to remember when that story broke.

I'm not proud that happened but it was a reality of that era.
