It took the Canes quiet a few years to get their mojo back after that beatdown.
92 Bama defense was my all time favorite & the Deuce (David Palmer) was razzle dazzle on offense & punt returns.
If the Heisman ceremony were after the Title game, Torretta probably doesn't get an invite to the Touchdown club.

Gino quoted about the game that thing he remembered the most was the superdome ceiling tiles since he was on his back most of the game.

I remember watching this as a kid. My papa was telling me that the Bear was looking over the team for that game.
